Sixy Inc., trading as Realbuildersocial.com (“Realbuildersocial,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), owns and operates the website located at realbuildersocial.com and its subdomains, including app.realbuilder.com (collectively, the “Website”), and the Realbuildersocial platform — an AI-powered social media content creation, scheduling, and publishing platform for real estate professionals (the “Platform,” and together with the Website, the “Service”).
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how we collect, store, use, and disclose your personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) in connection with the Service. - Connect your social media accounts to the Platform (e.g., Facebook/Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok) — this includes account identifiers, access tokens, and permissions granted through those platforms’ APIs
- Contact us for support, submit a form, or otherwise communicate with us
- Participate in surveys, promotions, or research we may conduct
- Apply to work with us (resume, cover letter, and related hiring materials)
3.2 Information We Collect Automatically
When you access or use the Service, we and our third-party service providers automatically collect certain information, including:
- Log data: IP address, browser type, browser version, pages visited, time and date of visits, time spent on pages, referring URLs, and other diagnostic data

- OAuth tokens required to post on your behalf

The information we receive from each platform is governed by that platform’s own privacy policy and terms of service. We only request permissions that are necessary to provide the Service. We do not access your private messages or contacts on any social platform. You may revoke our access through your account settings on the respective platform at any time.
3.4 Information from Third-Party Service Providers
We may receive information about you from our third-party service providers, including analytics providers, payment processors, and marketing platforms, as described further in this Policy.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the Personal Information we collect for the following purposes:
- To create and manage your account, authenticate your identity, and provide you access to the Service
- To enable core Platform features, including AI-powered content generation, social media scheduling, and cross-platform publishing
- To process payments and manage your subscription through Stripe
- To post content to your connected social media accounts on your behalf, as authorized by you

The Platform uses third-party artificial intelligence and machine learning service providers to power content generation features. These providers may change from time to time at our sole discretion. Content you input as prompts or context may be transmitted to such providers to generate output. We select providers who maintain appropriate data protection standards and we do not permit these providers to use your data to train their own models beyond what is disclosed in their own terms.
We ask that you do not input sensitive personal information (such as client financial data, health information, or government-issued identifiers) into content generation features of the Platform.

We do not sell your Personal Information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
7.1 Service Providers
We share Personal Information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service, including:

8. Social Media Platform Policy Compliance
Because Realbuildersocial.com integrates with third-party social media platforms via their APIs, we are committed to complying with the developer policies of each platform. The following is a summary of our key commitments:
- Facebook / Meta: We access only the permissions necessary to provide the Service. We do not scrape data from Meta platforms, and we do not use Meta user data to build profiles for advertising purposes beyond what is permitted under Meta’s Platform Policy.
- Instagram: We use the Instagram Graph API in compliance with Instagram’s Platform Policy. We do not access private messages and only publish content on your behalf with your explicit authorization.
- LinkedIn: We use the LinkedIn API in compliance with LinkedIn’s API Terms of Use. We use member data only as directed by the member and only for the purpose of providing the Service.
- X (Twitter): We access only the data necessary to post content and retrieve performance metrics. We comply with X’s Developer Agreement and Policy and do not use X data for advertising targeting or surveillance purposes.
- TikTok: We integrate with TikTok in compliance with TikTok’s Developer Terms of Service. We access only the permissions required to post content and do not use TikTok data beyond the scope of the Service.
Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Service complies with each respective platform’s terms of service as applicable to end users.
9. Data Retention
We retain your Personal Information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your Personal Information within a reasonable time, except where retention is required by law.
Specific retention periods:
- Account data: retained for the duration of your account plus up to 90 days following account closure
- Billing records: retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by Canadian tax and financial regulations
- Analytics and log data: retained for up to 24 months in identifiable form, then anonymized or deleted
- Social media access tokens: deleted upon disconnection of the relevant social account or account closure
